Wonderful!!! I am appalled at how many women have started work at home businesses selling these at mind blowing prices, preying on breastfeeding moms. I have been trying to get the recipe out to all the moms I can reach. There’s nothing mysterious (or expensive) about them. Oats and fat are the key. Good eating for the whole family. If they don’t help you in the milk department, a little extra fiber never hurt anyone.
