Beautiful! One of the things from my unsuccessful VBAC attempt that really sticks out in my mind was how incredible caring and kind the entire staff was, especially when we made the decision to do a c/s. My husband I and had discussed it and made the decision. It was a hard decision, but one that was made easier when my doctor came in, sat down on my bed, took my hand and looked me in the eye to say that she thought that at this point a c/s was best. The rest of the staff was just as kind as I was prepped for surgery. And none of it was fake kindness, you could see it in their faces that they truly wished that we didn’t have to do the c/s. I will never ever forget the kind faces that day.
